Cold Syndrome Management
This condition is more commonly observed during the winter months, but some individuals experience symptoms regardless of the surrounding temperature.
It is especially prevalent among women, particularly during adolescence, menopause, or postpartum recovery.
Patients often report a persistent cold sensation in the hands, and in more severe cases, in the feet, elbows, knees, abdomen, and lower back—as if cold wind is entering the body through these areas.
Other common symptoms include chronic fatigue and loss of appetite.
